Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every OWN piece is made by me in my studio, in small quantities and with attention to the details that matter in everyday use.
I design, make and finish each piece myself — from sewing and leatherwork to shaping and painting ceramic details and creating original artwork.


Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, texture and details are natural. They are part of what makes every OWN piece unique.
We do our best to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

How should I care for my OWN textile pieces?

Our textile pieces can be machine washed at 30–40°C. Use a gentle spin cycle at up to 1000 rpm.
If you have a tumble dryer, it can actually be a great way to dry linen and cotton. For the best result, we recommend taking the pieces out and giving them a good shake about every 20 minutes to prevent deep creases from setting in.
And one little secret: don't over-dry them. Think al dente — dry, but still with a little softness and moisture left in the fabric. This helps keep the natural texture beautiful and makes ironing much easier, if ironing is even needed.

Can I request a custom or personalized item?

Yes, custom requests are possible for some OWN pieces.
Ceramic beads can be personalized with meaningful symbols, dates, names or zodiac signs. You can choose symbols that have a special meaning for you, and I’ll create the combination especially for you.
Textile pieces can sometimes be made in a different size, colour or colour combination. Depending on the design, I may also be able to add personalized embroidery or an extra pocket.

How are OWN pieces packaged?

Every order is carefully prepared and wrapped by me.
I wrap your pieces in soft tissue paper, tie the package with a ribbon, and place everything in an OWN box with our logo.
I want opening an OWN order to feel like receiving something special — whether it’s a gift for someone else or simply a gift to yourself.

Can I send an OWN piece as a gift?

Absolutely. You can order an OWN piece as a gift and have it sent directly to the recipient, even if they live in another country.
When placing your order, simply enter the recipient’s name and delivery details and let me know that it is a gift in the order comments. I’ll prepare it with extra care and make the packaging a little more festive.
You can also include a personal message. Just leave your text in the order comments, and I’ll write it by hand on a small card and include it with the gift.
